Homemade Curry Bread
Curry bread is a popular street food in Japan and is often enjoyed as a snack or breakfast item.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.

Add curry powder and cook for a minute.

Add potatoes, carrots, peas, and salt. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Remove from heat and let it cool.

Divide the bread dough into small portions.

Flatten each portion and add a spoonful of the curry mixture in the center.

Seal the edges and shape it into a ball.

Place the bread balls on a baking sheet and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Bake the bread balls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
