  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

  7. Place the dough balls on a greased baking sheet, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Brush the rolls with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
