Herb Garlic Bread – Belgian Style
Belgian-style herb garlic bread is a popular appetizer in Belgium and is often served with a variety of dips and spreads.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the French baguette into thick slices, but not all the way through.

In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the herb garlic butter mixture between the slices of the baguette.

Wrap the baguette in aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 10 minutes.

Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
