Peel and slice the fresh peaches.

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and add it to the flour mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the almond milk and vanilla extract until the dough comes together.

Grease a baking dish and spread the sliced peaches evenly on the bottom.
