  2. Roll out the pizza dough into two individual pizza crusts.
  3. Place the pizza crusts on a baking sheet.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
  6. Spread the wilted spinach evenly on each pizza crust.
  7. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange them on top of the spinach.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the tomatoes.
  9. Make small wells in the cheese and crack an egg into each well.
  10. Season with salt and black pepper.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.
