  1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, oil, eggs, salt, and yeast mixture. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 3 equal parts.
  7. Roll each part into a long rope and braid them together.
  8. Place the braided dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rise for another 1 hour.
  10. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  11. In a small bowl, whisk together egg yolks and water. Brush the mixture over the dough.
  12. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  13. Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before serving.
