  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut the cold butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the grated Gruyere cheese and chopped olives.
  5. Pour in the milk and mix until the dough comes together. Be careful not to overmix.
  6. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead it a few times to bring it together.
