Grilled Mushroom Swiss Burgers
The portobello mushroom is actually a matured cremini mushroom and is known for its meaty texture and rich flavor.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the mushroom caps with the olive oil mixture.

Place the mushrooms on the grill, cap side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Flip the mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each mushroom cap.
