Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.

Melt the unsalted butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs.

Press the mixture into the base of a greased springform pan.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Mix in the matcha green tea powder.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

In a saucepan, combine raspberries, mint leaves, honey, and water.
