In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until smooth.

Spread a layer of the peanut butter mixture onto a graham cracker.

Place another graham cracker on top to create a sandwich.

Repeat with the remaining graham crackers.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Dip each graham cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, coating both sides.

Place the coated sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
