In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, and garlic, and sauté until tender.

In a large bowl, crumble the cornbread into small pieces. Add the sautéed vegetables, sage, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Gradually pour the vegetable broth over the cornbread mixture, stirring until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and set.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
