Cut the cauliflower into florets and blanch them.

In a bowl, mix corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and water to make a thick batter.

Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.

In a pan, heat oil and sauté ginger, garlic, green chilies, onion, and capsicum.

Add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and salt to the pan.

Add the fried cauliflower florets and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves.
