  2. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  3. Place the pecans in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  4. Roll each cheese ball in the chopped pecans, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Skewer each grape with a toothpick.
  6. Place a skewered grape on top of each cheese ball.
  7. Serve the truffles with crackers on the side.
