In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, honey, and rosemary until well combined.

Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.

Place the pecans in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

Roll each cheese ball in the chopped pecans, pressing gently to adhere.

Skewer each grape with a toothpick.

Place a skewered grape on top of each cheese ball.

Serve the truffles with crackers on the side.
