Blondies are a popular dessert similar to brownies, but without the cocoa powder. They get their name from their light color, which comes from using ingredients like brown sugar and vanilla extract.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, egg, and almond milk.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
