Gluten Free Lemon Bars
Lemon bars are believed to have originated in the United States in the early 20th century.
This is vegetarian and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 70 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and gluten-free flour. Pour over the baked crust.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until set.

Allow to cool completely in the baking dish on a wire rack. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and cut into bars.
