  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the almond milk. Mix until just combined.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  7. Cut the dough into rectangles and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Spoon a dollop of jam onto each rectangle.
  9. Fold the corners of the dough over the jam, forming a triangle shape.

  12. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
