Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together.

In a separate bowl, beat the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture, stirring until smooth.

Fold in the dry ingredients until just combined. If desired, stir in chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
