  5. Gradually add the warm water, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  6. In a small bowl, dissolve the baking soda in 3 cups of hot water.
  7. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces.
  8. Roll each piece into a rope and twist into a pretzel shape.
  9. Dip each pretzel into the baking soda solution and place on a greased baking sheet.
