Fudgy Brown Butter Pecan Blondies
Blondies are often referred to as the vanilla version of brownies. The addition of brown butter and pecans in this recipe adds a rich and nutty flavor to the traditional blondie.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown and gives off a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let it cool.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Slowly pour in the cooled brown butter while whisking continuously.

In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the pecans.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
