In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.

Roll the cookie dough into balls and make an indentation in the center of each ball.

Fill the indentation with the chocolate chip mixture.
