Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until smooth.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the flour.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Before serving, top the cheesecake tart with fresh mixed berries.
