  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the creamy peanut butter until well combined.
  3. Add the Rice Krispies cereal and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and let it cool for about 1 hour.
  5. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with vegetable oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled Rice Krispies treats.
  7. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Sprinkle the mixture over the chocolate drizzle.
  8. Let the frosting set for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
