French Cornbread Muffins De Provence
Cornbread is a traditional staple in the Southern United States, but this recipe adds a French twist with the addition of Herbs de Provence.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, mix together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and dried herbs de Provence.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
