  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the Frangelico liqueur, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  6. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
