In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in a baking dish.

Pour pizza sauce over the cream cheese mixture.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, pepperoni slices, black olives, green bell pepper, and onion over the sauce.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt over the toppings.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
