Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.

Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix well.

Stir in the cooked spinach mixture.

Grease a casserole dish and pour the mixture into it.

Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the casserole is golden and bubbly.
