  3. Add the milk mixture, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
  8. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, chopped nuts, and raisins. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the dough.
  9. Roll up the dough tightly from the long side and pinch the seam to seal.
  10. Cut the roll into 8 equal slices and place them in a greased baking dish.
  11. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls.
