Stir in the oats, chocolate chips, raisins, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely. Enjoy!
