  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and instant espresso powder. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add in the flour, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan.
  6. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate covered espresso beans.
