  2. Wash the potatoes and pat them dry.
  3. Prick the potatoes with a fork and place them directly on the oven rack. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the potatoes are tender.

  5. Cut off the top of each potato and scoop out the flesh into a bowl, leaving a thin shell.
