  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the eggnog, flour, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the egg and beat until just combined. Pour the batter over the crust in the baking pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 1 hour. Then, refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely chilled.
  7. Once chilled, remove from the pan and cut into bars.
