Egg Curry
Egg curry is a popular dish in Indian cuisine and is often served with rice or bread.

Boil the eggs and remove the shells.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the boiled eggs until golden brown.

In the same pan, add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add ginger, garlic, and green chili and cook for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add water and bring it to a boil.

Gently add the fried eggs and simmer for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with cilantro leaves.

Serve hot with rice or roti.
