In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and butterscotch extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

Fold in the butterscotch chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
