Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.

Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.

Sprinkle chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut (if using) over the condensed milk layer.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.

Cut into bars and serve.
