In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, and evaporated milk. Mix well.

Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.

Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust.

Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for another 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set.
