  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters. Roll each quarter into a ball.
  4. Dip each ball into the cinnamon sugar mixture, coating it evenly.
  5. Arrange the coated balls in the greased bundt pan.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract over medium heat.
  7. Pour the butter mixture over the biscuit balls in the bundt pan.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the monkey bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Invert the pan onto a serving plate to release the monkey bread.
