In a saucepan, heat milk, unsalted butter, and salt over low heat until the butter melts. Remove from heat.

Add the yeast mixture and gradually stir in flour until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size.
