Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely chilled.

In a small saucepan, heat the blueberry jam over low heat until melted.

Remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and top with the melted blueberry jam.

Garnish with fresh blueberries. Serve chilled.
