Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, green chili, and ginger. Saute until the onion turns translucent.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Add boiled and mashed potatoes and frozen peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut into triangles.

Place a spoonful of the potato mixture on each triangle and roll it up.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas until golden brown.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
