Press the cookie mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
