In a food processor, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the butter and cream cheese, pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add vanilla extract and pulse until the dough comes together.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out one portion of the dough into a 1/8 inch thick circle. Spread a thin layer of raspberry jam over the dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and cinnamon.

Cut the dough into 8 wedges and roll each wedge tightly from the wide end to the point. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Repeat with the remaining dough portions.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
