Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Drain and chop the canned artichoke hearts.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased baking dish.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.

Sprinkle the chopped artichoke hearts on top.
