In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of the eggs.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
