  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut each puff pastry sheet into 3 equal rectangles.
  3. Place the pastry rectangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.
  6. In a bowl, mix the whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  7. Take one puff pastry rectangle and spread a layer of dulce de leche on top.
  8. Place another pastry rectangle on top and spread a layer of whipped cream.
  9. Repeat the layers until you have used all the pastry rectangles.
  10. Dust the top layer with powdered sugar.
  11. Let the napoleons rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  12. Serve chilled and enjoy!
