  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drizzle half of the dulce de leche over the cream cheese layer. Use a knife to swirl the dulce de leche into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Add the flour mixture to the remaining cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the dulce de leche layer. Drizzle the remaining dulce de leche over the top. Swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 2 hours. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  9. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
