  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add the flour and cocoa powder, mixing until just combined.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter over the crust in the pan.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry preserves onto the batter. Use a knife to swirl the preserves into the batter.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 2 hours. Then, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
