Mango Shortbread
Shortbread originated in Scotland and has been enjoyed for centuries. The addition of mango gives this traditional dessert a tropical twist.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, unsalted butter, mango puree, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until the dough comes together.

Press the dough into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Cut into squares and garnish each square with a mango slice.
