  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  5. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 2 hours.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
