Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a saucepan, heat the milk and oil over medium heat until it starts to boil.

In a mixing bowl, combine the tapioca flour and salt.

Pour the hot milk mixture over the tapioca flour and stir until well combined.

Let the mixture cool for a few minutes.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese.

Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop small balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
