  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, oats, brown sugar, and baking soda.
  3. Add the butter to the dry ingredients and mix until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  4. Gradually add milk and mix until the dough comes together.
  5. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
  6. Cut out biscuits using a round cookie cutter and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the biscuits cool on a wire rack.
  9. Once cooled, store in an airtight container.
